We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwritten in, unmarked, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Due to the nature of our products (journals and printed materials), used or written-in items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Sale or clearance items

• Used or damaged products (unless damaged during shipping)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return
